Inn of Court Events
The four Inns of Court - Gray's Inn, Inner Temple, Lincoln's Inn
and Middle Temple - run a host of schemes and events for aspiring
barristers. See below for a list of upcoming events, and check the

- Insight
Evenings.The Inner
Temple is hosting a series of Insight events on becoming a
barrister and life at the Bar. The evenings are an opportunity to
ask questions and interact with barristers and judges. Entry is
free and the event is open to students. Dates and locations are as
follows:

- Pegasus Access and Support Scheme. The
Inner Temple runs the Pegasus Access and Support Scheme (PASS) to
help ensure that all students have the opportunity to undertake a
mini-pupillage. University students from under-represented
backgrounds in the profession are invited to apply and if
successful will be placed with one of the participating Chambers,
and join a skills development programme. Applications open on 1
October and will close on 3 December. For more information please

apply for this scheme.
- Scholarships. This year,
the Inner Temple is expecting to make awards to the sum of
approximately £1.8 million for all scholarships, the highest amount
ever of any Inn. Please note that the deadline for scholarship
applications for the 2018/19 Bar Professional Training Course
(BPTC) is 2 November 2018. Deadlines for scholarships for the law
'conversion course' (CPE/GDL) is 3 May 2019.
