The final session will cover the concerns of chambers' ability to meet its expenses, weather unexpected financial risks that materialise, effectively and fairly apportion costs among barristers, and how to meet financial reporting obligations.

Highlighting the basics of financial planning, starting with an annual budget and cashflow forecast, and looking at how it can be informed by a strategy.
