Almost one year since the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018 came into force, this Conference looks at where we have come to since the advent of the new legislation and the last Conference, picking up key issues arising for the Bar.

What are your clients' rights as data subjects, and what are your own responsibilities as a data controller or processor? What happens when you go overseas? How does the ICO feature in all of this, and what exactly will the implications of Brexit be?
