The world of ADR, along with the rest of the legal services industry, has been transformed by Covid-19. During this period practitioners in the field have continued to advocate for the use of arbitration, mediation, and adjudication among others as a way of generating better outcomes for cases that need not go to court.

Chaired by Spenser Hilliard of Field Court Chambers and featuring guest speaker Sir David Foskett, this webinar will also include invaluable tips and tricks on how to get the most out of online dispute resolution (ODR), avoid an unnecessarily protracted process and reach a speedy resolution.
