The Bar Council of England and Wales is hosting an International law moot at the 24th Commonwealth Law Conference in Malta. The moot will take place on 7 April at Hilton Malta. An expert team of barristers from England and Wales will moot against a team of esteemed lawyers from the Commonwealth.
The moot subject will be the international child abduction and will involve conflict in the application of the International Hague Convention 1980.
Please join us for what is bound to be a lively event that will demonstrate the differing advocacy styles of barristers at the Bar of England and Wales and other lawyers of the Commonwealth.
The moot will be followed by a reception.
