Introduction

The most effective marketing tool any organization has is its staff but can you honestly say yours generate as many opportunities as they could? If your barristers are going to spearhead your business development they need to have the skills, confidence and focus to get out and win the right work from the right clients.

The good news is once they get it right their activities will generate better results than any advertising, sponsorship or hospitality. 

To help win work in this changing environment, the Bar Council has joined with Size 10 ½ Boots, a business development consultancy specialising in delivering training to barristers and chambers' administration.

In-house training is now available through the Bar Council for barristers, clerks and administrative staff to benefit from this expertise. Training will take the form of 90 minutes' marketing and business development surgeries after court hours in-house. The course content is tailored and bespoke for each chamber and the content will be designed around your requirement upon completion of a consultation form.

All training will be specifically designed for your needs.

•  £180.00 (plus VAT) per delegate for those who have paid the Bar Representation Fee (BRF)*
